Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across Galloway, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
A flat roof leak rarely shows up directly above where the water actually entered — membrane systems move water laterally before it drips through.
We also test repaired seams for a proper bond before leaving, rather than assuming a visual check is enough.
Insurance documentation available before work begins on any Galloway commercial property.
We coordinate Galloway scheduling around your business hours whenever the situation allows.
No surprise costs once we're already on the roof mid-repair.
Proper membrane welding equipment prevents the seam failures common with improvised patches.
Here's what falls under our Galloway Flat Roof Repair service for commercial and low-slope roofs.
TPO seam separation gets properly heat-welded, not just caulked over as a temporary fix.
EPDM punctures and seam failures are patched with compatible materials, not a mismatched quick fix.
Standing water that doesn't drain within 48 hours accelerates membrane breakdown and needs a drainage fix, not just a patch.
We assess whether a modified bitumen repair needs a patch or a full section replacement.
We clear and repair drains and scuppers as part of a full Flat Roof Repair visit.
Rooftop HVAC units and their curbs are a frequent source of Galloway commercial roof leaks that general roofers often overlook.
Commercial Flat Roof Repair visits are scheduled around your operating hours whenever the situation allows.
A technician inspects the membrane system, checking seams, drains, and any ponding areas.
Repair scope and pricing are explained clearly so you can plan around business operations.
Repairs are completed using membrane-appropriate technique, then tested before we consider the job done.
